Thank you for shopping at Texture. Orders are processed daily during normal business hours Monday through Friday. Please allow up to 3 business days upon receipt of your order. All orders will ship from our warehouse by 3pm ( PST) Monday through Friday. Any order placed after 3pm will be processed the next business day. Orders processed on Friday after 3pm (PST) will be processed the next business day. Orders placed during the holiday may experience delays. Shipping method applies after order has shipped.

WHAT IF I HAVE A LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE?
Texture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate delivery address. Please ensure the accuracy of the delivery address and shipping information upon checkout, as we are unable to make any changes, modifications or cancellations. Upon inquiry, Texture will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and carrier information for the customer to further investigate. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available for the carrier to assist with the investigation.
RETURNED PACKAGE DUE TO INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Texture is not responsible for lost or incorrectly delivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to Texture due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery, the customer will be responsible for all return and shipping costs.
While in transit it is possible for items to shift as well as for there to be visible signs of wear and tear on packaging due to handling by the carrier. Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives at its destination. If any item is damaged upon arrival please contact us. Make sure to include photos of the damages and necessary information to support your claim and a member of our team we will be happy to assist you.
Thank you for shopping with Us. Once an order has shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. We do accept exchanges for items damaged while in transit. To be eligible for an exchange, you must first contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged items back to Us. Upon receipt of the items, a replacement will be shipped, if available. If a replacement of the item(s) is not available, a comparable item will be sent. Gift cards and certificates are non-returnable.
While we do not accept returns or exchanges, you may cancel an order before it ships from our facility if it has not been packed or staged for shipping.
